This type of lens is perfect for workers dealing with projectiles while working because polycarbonate is impact resistant. Espresso (brown) lenses have been design for basic everyday outdoor activities which require brightness and glare reduction from the sun. These lens absorb 99,9% of all UV rays. Its sleek and curvy design provides an excellent lateral protection besides offering a distortion-free peripheral vision. These eyewear features a black frames and adjustable paddle temples.

This Uvex model meets ANSI Z87.1-2003 and CSA Z94.3-2007 standards in addition to exceeding Vo military standards regarding high velocity impact. For information purposes only, Vo test consists in subjecting the lens to a high velocity impact seven times greater than required by ANSI and CSA standards. The lens’ strength is indeed verified by their physical ballistic resistance.
