High capacity 24-inch hose reel, for heavy duty double jacket or rubber hose.

This hose reel is made of 16-gauge steel painted red. The reel brackets and wall brackets are made of welded steel and allow 180° swing for easy access. The reel allows for fast unwinding of the fire hose in case of emergency.

This hose reel may be fitted with standard rack hose, or with various types of heavy duty hose. Maximum hose length depends on hose diameter and hose thickness.

Maximum hose length for IBD25 hose reel

For hose diameter 1 1/2" (380 mm):
Rack hose	300 feet (91,4 m)
Single jacket hose	200 feet (61 m)
Double jacket or rubber hose	150 feet (45,7 m)
For hose diameter 2 1/2" (635 mm):
Rack hose	150 feet (45,7 m)
Single jacket hose	100 feet (30,5 m)
Double jacket or rubber hose	75 feet (22,9 m)

Installation: The fire hose must be folded in two. Insert fire hose in center of reel. When the water supply valve is above the reel, the hose's coupling must be above the hose's nozzle. If not, invert the positions of the coupling and nozzle.
