The secondary organic vapor filter designed for HEPA-AIRE SAH5 air purifiers is a high-performance solution for capturing particles from 3 to 10 microns and low-concentration organic vapors. Thanks to its Vapor-Lock® technology and MERV 6 rating, it provides effective intermediate filtration while extending the life of the main HEPA filter.
No returnable if used. For more information about our return policy, please refer to the Orders and Returns.
Second stage optional filter for organic vapors for HEPA-AIRE (SAH5) or any other model of air scrubber, which requires an 18 in X 24 in X 2 in filters. Sold individually. Case of 6 filters.
This disposable filter made of cotton and polyester fiber is the second stage in the filtration system of HEPA-AIRE air purifiers. It captures medium-sized particles, such as spores, hair spray, fabric protection aerosols, dusting products, and concrete dust, while allowing finer particles to pass through to the HEPA filter. Its Vapor-Lock® technology enables the adsorption of organic vapor molecules onto the surface of the activated carbon, ensuring more complete air purification.
Enhanced air purification for demanding environments.
This filter is UL900 Class 2 certified for low smoke emission and flame resistance. It has a MERV 6 rating according to the ASHRAE scale, ensuring 90% efficiency in capturing particles from 3 to 10 microns. Its cotton and polyester fiber design makes it a disposable filter, intended to extend the life of the HEPA filter while maintaining consistent air quality.

In operating installations, the machine is left running during the replacement of the primary and secondary filters. Installing the secondary organic vapor filter is simple and quick. Just insert it into the designated compartment of the HEPA-AIRE SAH5 purifier or any other compatible model. No modifications are required. Proper sealing ensures optimal filtration and maximum system performance.
This filter must be replaced regularly, depending on the concentration of contaminants in the air. Its lifespan ranges from 72 hours to 3 months. No signal will be emitted when the activated carbon is saturated: the appearance of odors is the only indicator of reduced effectiveness. Frequent replacement helps maintain filtration performance and air quality.
Use this filter in environments where medium-sized particles and organic vapors are present, such as asbestos removal sites, industrial zones, or enclosed spaces exposed to chemical products. Never reuse a saturated filter. Follow replacement recommendations to ensure effective and safe purification.
This filter captures particles from 3 to 10 microns such as spores, hair spray, fabric protection aerosols, dusting products, and concrete dust.
The filter does not have a saturation signal. The appearance of odors indicates that the activated carbon no longer retains organic vapors.
It is designed for HEPA-AIRE SAH5 machines and any other model that accepts 18X24X2 inches filters.
