AQUATRAP high performance dehumidifier with a 354 cfm operating speed. Normal amps 7.5 A, ideal in conjunction with air movers

AAQUATRAP® high performance Low Grain Refrigerant (LGR) dehumidifier. This dehumidifier has an airflow of 354 cfm. It has been tested by the American Home and Appliance Manufacturer (AHAM) to determine its water extraction capacity of 74 pints / 35 Liters at 80°F / 26.67°C with a relative humidity of 60%.

This dehumidifier has been designed for disaster recovery work. This type of device is usually used in conjunction with air movers. The way it works is that the air mover shuffles the air inside the outskirts of the work zone which feeds the dehumidifier at the same time by a centrifugal effect.

This dehumidifier is certified UL to comply with flammability requirements set by the responsible authorities. This equipment minimal power supply requirement is 120V/60 Hz. Its normal operating amps is 7.5 A on one 15 A circuit.

The AQUATRAP® molded body is made of unique resin which contains (United States Environmental Protection Agency) EPA-registered microbial growth inhibitors, and is as well UV-resistant.

This device works in a range of temperature conditions ranging from 34°F to 100°F (1°C to 38°C), but it is highly recommended to keep the work zone temperature under 90°F (32°C) for a performance optimization. It has been design to keep on working even though ice is forming on the evaporator.

This dehumidifier has no water reservoir since it would be a burden on a high throughput. Instead, this machine comes with a pump and a drain hose.

This device is equipped with a cable reel and a drain hose. Moreover, the air outlet allows one to install an air duct to draw the filtered air outside if needed. The cabinet front of the machine is removable for an easy access to all components as well as to the electrostatic filter (SAHAT250FLTR) which protects the internals of the dehumidifier from dust.

This machine weighs a total of 84 lb (38 kg) and features two fixed 12 in diameter wheels to ease its transport. It also has an ergonomic handle on the top and a firm handhold at the bottom to ease its loading.

This dehumidifier also features a touch pad control panel with graphical user interface to allow easy programming, operation and monitoring.
