No, this disc is designed for use on portable angle grinders or drill presses only. Use on high-speed fixed rotary machines not intended for this purpose creates a risk of disc breakage and accident. Always respect the maximum speed printed on the packaging.

What is the expected service life per disc?

In intensive industrial stripping, expect between 20 and 60 minutes of effective use per disc depending on application, speed and pressure. The case of 15 units ensures sufficient supply for a shop in continuous production.

Will this disc scratch stainless steel?

The non-woven structure generates much shallower marks than flap discs or conventional grinding wheels. On stainless steel, test on a non-visible area before use. For very fine finishes on stainless, other Scotch-Brite products with finer grain may be more appropriate.
