This type of lens is perfect for workers dealing with projectiles while working because polycarbonate is impact resistant. Clear lenses offer no protection from sun glare since they let about 85% of light pass through for an optimized vision and acuity. On the other side, these lens absorb 99,9% of all UV rays. The frame and paddle temples are also made of clear polycarbonate which makes this eyewear soft and easier to adjust.
This protective eyewear is also available in other colors for a more specific protection: grey. (See the menu at the bottom of the page for the other colors.) model meets ANSI Z87.1-2003 and CSA Z94.3-2007 standards.
