V7705 orange flame-resistant ARC 2 coverall, electric arc protection, class 3 high visibility and leg zippers

The V7705 flame-resistant coverall (Pioneer 7705 and 7705T, codes V2540650 and V254065T) protects against flames and electric arcs while ensuring high visibility. Made from orange FR-Tech 7 oz fabric with StarTech FR reflective bands and leg zippers, it complies with CSA Z96-22 class 3 and shows an ATPV value of 9.3 cal/cm². UL listed, hazard risk category HRC 2, it protects against flash fires. Available in sizes 36 to 60 (regular) and 40T to 60T (tall), sold individually.

Certified ARC 2 flame-resistant and electric arc protection

The V7705 complies with the CGSB 155.20-2017 standard on protective clothing against hydrocarbon flash fires, as well as the NFPA 2112-2018, NFPA 70E-2021 and CSA Z462-2021 standards on electrical safety at work. UL listed, it suits hazard risk category HRC 2. It also meets the ASTM F1506-20 standard on flame-resistant, arc-rated protective textiles.

Transparent ATPV 9.3 and TPP 8.4 cal/cm² values

The V7705 fabric shows an arc thermal performance value (ATPV) of 9.3 cal/cm² and a thermal protective performance (TPP) of 8.4 cal/cm², rated ARC 2. These measures reflect the fabric's ability to slow heat transfer toward the skin during an electric arc. The values shown match those printed directly on the garment.

CSA Z96-22 class 3 high visibility and StarTech FR bands

The V7705 complies with the CSA Z96-22 high-visibility standard, class 3 level 2 and class 3 level FR. Its orange color and StarTech FR reflective bands ensure maximum visibility in low-light conditions, an essential asset for workers who must be seen near traffic and equipment.

FR-Tech 88% cotton 12% nylon fabric and leg zippers

The coverall is made from FR-Tech, a blend of 88% premium cotton and 12% high-tenacity nylon, for a weight of 7 oz per square yard (240 g/m²). Flame resistance is guaranteed for the life of the garment, with good resistance to abrasion and tears. Its leg zippers make it easy to pull on over work boots.

Applications of the V7705 flame-resistant coverall

The V7705 is intended for workers exposed to electric arc and flame hazards: electricians, maintenance technicians, workers in the petrochemical industry, electrical utilities and industrial environments where flame-resistant protection and high visibility are required.

Care of the flame-resistant, high-visibility coverall

Maintain the coverall regularly, as soiling reduces flame-resistant properties and visibility. Wash in warm water with a mild detergent, without bleach or fabric softener (softener impairs flame resistance). Cover the retroreflective bands before ironing and avoid excessive heat when drying. Check the garment's condition before and after each use.
