The 3M Adflo system is a powered air purifying respirator (PAPR) designed specifically for welders exposed to welding fumes, fine particles, organic vapors, and acid gases. Unlike standard half-masks that require the wearer to draw air through the filter, the Adflo system mechanically delivers filtered air to the helmet, providing significantly greater respiratory comfort during extended work sessions.
