Orange birdseye polyester traffic shirt, CSA Z96 class 2
Lightweight and breathable, this high-visibility orange Pioneer 6990 traffic shirt is made of soft birdseye (moisture-wicking) polyester that keeps the worker cool. Compliant with the CSA Z96-09 standard, class 2 level 2, it delivers high visibility on worksites and near traffic. It has a crew neck, a velcro chest pocket and a two-way radio strap. Made by Pioneer (manufacturer code 6990), available in sizes from extra-small (XS) to 5XL (drop-down menu). Also available in a yellow version (VV6991), a black version (VV6992) and an orange polo (VV6986).
Breathable birdseye polyester with crew neck and velcro pocket
The shirt is made of soft birdseye polyester, a lightweight, breathable moisture-wicking fabric, ideal for active work. It has a crew neck, a hook-and-loop (velcro) chest pocket for small items and a two-way radio strap, to keep your hands free.
StarTech retroreflective stripes for day and night visibility
The shirt features StarTech retroreflective stripes that return light toward its source (flashlight, headlights) and make the worker visible in low light. Combined with the fluorescent orange fabric, they ensure good visibility day and night.
High-visibility classification CSA Z96-09 class 2 level 2
Fluorescent orange is highly visible in daylight and under strong artificial lighting, with high contrast against most backgrounds; it is less visible at night and in low light (dawn, dusk). The silver-grey retroreflective stripes return light toward its source and offer maximum safety at dawn, dusk and night, without increasing daytime visibility. Class 2 level 2 targets workers in low-to-moderate-risk areas who need greater visibility in poor weather or low light.
