Optimize the performance of your HEPA-AIRE air purifier with this 10-inch diameter intake manifold, designed to facilitate air suction in confined spaces. With its 12 x 12 inch dimensions, it fits perfectly into negative pressure filtration systems used in decontamination and air sanitation.
No returnable if used. For more information about our return policy, please refer to the Orders and Returns.
Inlet manifold 12 in X 12 in with an inlet of 10 in diameter for (SAH1) HEPA-AIRE® air scrubbers. Exhaust duct not included. Sold individually.
This intake manifold is specially designed for portable HEPA-AIRE air purifiers, notably the SAH1 model. It allows a flexible hose (not included) to be connected to the air intake of the purifier, making it easier to draw contaminated air from a hard-to-reach room. By directing the air to the filtration system, it improves the purifier’s coverage and ensures optimal purification in high-risk environments such as asbestos removal sites or containment zones.
Please note that the exhaust duct (SAHCF10) is sold separately.
The ideal solution for hard-to-reach areas.
Made of durable thermoplastic, this intake manifold is built to withstand the demanding conditions of decontamination work. It features a circular opening of 10 inches in diameter to accommodate a flexible ventilation duct, and a square base of 12 x 12 inches that fits perfectly onto the HEPA-AIRE purifier intake. This product is sold individually and is non-returnable if used. It is compatible with HEPA filtration systems using 24 x 24 inch filters from Abatement Technologies.
Installing the intake manifold is quick and intuitive. Simply attach it to the intake of the HEPA-AIRE air purifier, ensuring that the 12 x 12 inch base is properly aligned with the system’s opening. Then insert a 10-inch diameter flexible hose into the circular opening of the manifold. This hose will capture air from the targeted area and direct it to the purifier for filtration.
The intake manifold requires no complex maintenance. It is recommended to clean it regularly with a damp cloth and mild detergent to prevent the buildup of dust or residue. Check the integrity of the thermoplastic before each use, especially after intensive use in contaminated environments. If cracks or deformation are present, replace the manifold to ensure optimal performance.
Use this intake manifold in areas where direct access with the purifier is limited, such as ceilings, basements, or partitioned rooms. Make sure the connected hose is securely fastened and free of leaks. This device is especially useful for decontamination professionals, air sanitation technicians, and asbestos treatment specialists.
It is designed for the SAH1 model and HEPA filtration systems using 24 x 24 inch filters.
No, the 10-inch diameter hose (reference SAHCF10) must be purchased separately.
Yes, this manifold is suitable for decontamination work, including those involving asbestos particles, when used with a HEPA-AIRE purifier.
