Pioneer® 2077 orange high-visibility disposable SMS coverall with hood and reflective tape

The Pioneer® 2077 disposable coverall combines protection, breathability and high visibility for workers exposed to dry particles and certain chemical splashes. Made of three-layer non-woven SMS (melt-blown), it is breathable and resistant to abrasion and tearing. Its bright orange colour and silver reflective tape on the arms, legs and back provide class 3 high-visibility conformity. It is especially suited to work involving asbestos and hazardous particles. Sold individually.

Manufacturer’s code: Pioneer® V7016850, model 2077. Available in sizes from S to 5XL; please choose your size from the drop-down menu above.

Pioneer 2077 compliance with CSA Z96-15 and EN ISO 13982-1 Type 5 standards

This coverall complies with the CSA Z96-15 class 3 level 2 high-visibility standard, as well as category III chemical protective clothing standards EN ISO 13982-1 Type 5 (protection against airborne solid particles) and EN ISO 13034 Type 6 (protection against small quantities of splashed or sprayed chemicals). These certifications guarantee both visibility and protection against contamination hazards.

Design of the orange three-layer SMS coverall with hood and two-way zipper

This is an orange disposable coverall made of three-layer melt-blown synthetic material, breathable and resistant to abrasion and tearing. It features a hood, a two-way front zipper with adhesive storm flap, and elasticated wrists and ankles. Silver reflective tape on the arms, legs and back improves safety in low-light conditions.

Class 3 high-visibility classification under the CSA standard

High-visibility workwear is worn to alert drivers and vehicle operators to a worker’s presence. Class 3 is the highest visibility level: intended for high-risk areas (highways, large construction sites), it covers the largest body area and provides the best visibility at a distance and in low light. It combines the features of class 2 with the addition of bands around the arms and legs.

Fluorescent orange and retroreflective tape visibility

Fluorescent orange is highly visible during the day and under strong artificial light, offering high contrast with the background; it is, however, less visible at dawn, dusk and night. The silver-grey retroreflective bands return light toward its source (flashlight, headlights) and therefore provide maximum safety in low light, without increasing daytime visibility.

Features of the resistant and breathable SMS coverall

This coverall stands out by offering both optimal protection and visibility to workers exposed to contamination or accident risks. Its SMS material is both resistant and breathable, and its compliance with CSA and EN ISO standards guarantees its quality and reliability.

Applications of the disposable coverall in construction, industry and environment

It is ideal for the construction, industrial, agricultural, health, safety and environmental sectors, as well as for work involving dry particles or certain hazardous chemicals, including asbestos.

Restrictions of the Pioneer 2077 disposable coverall

This coverall is not designed for high-temperature or fire-risk environments, nor is it compatible with explosives or explosive devices. It is recommended not to wash or reuse it.

Maintenance and service life of the Pioneer 2077 coverall

As a single-use garment, do not wash or reuse it. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with clean water, wring gently and air dry away from sunlight and heat before disposal.
