These cost-effective gloves are made with split leather and cotton knit, with a tough cuff. They are men's one-size-fits-all and sold in pairs.
They use a Gunn cut, with seams placed on the back of the hand to reduce wear in contact areas. The palm is made from one piece to slow wear and help avoid seam tears. Split leather covers the palm side, fingertips, index finger, thumb and knuckles.
To compare similar models, see our leather gloves section.
The palm is cotton lined to absorb excess moisture and provide better protection against minor mechanical risks. Split leather comes from slitting thicker hides; it is quite resistant to abrasion, thicker and may have a more raw appearance with more irregularities.
The material quality makes this a good-quality glove for companies that need gloves more resistant than the basic cost-effective model. It suits general work where simple and affordable protection is needed.
This glove offers limited protection against cold, heat, cuts, tears and puncture. It cannot eliminate the risks of frostbite, burns, injuries or lacerations. For a specific hazard, choose a glove with protection matched to the actual risk.
Washing this glove with water and soap is not recommended, as it can remove the natural oils in the leather, make it stiff and cause it to become brittle. If the nature of the work requires cleaning, dry cleaning is the preferred option.
