This glove has a puncture resistance level 2 and an abrasion level 3 according to ASTM and ANSI standards.

GNTFC peculiarities:
This glove is coated with a heavy and thick layer of nitrile to protect workers from chemical risks, oils and grease as well as protecting from cuts and abrasion. This glove provides a dependable grip dry surfaces, but a lesser grip on wet surfaces.

Cotton properties:
Cotton has a high water-absorbing capacity and can deal as well with sebum without getting damp. This fabric also has good breathable characteristics, it is hypoallergenic and it offers a nice touch and good comfort which suits perfectly to those who have sensitive skin. Cotton has low thermal-conductivity, therefore in summer it prevents your skin from heating, and in winter it preserves the warmth of your body.

Nitrile properties:
Nitrile is the best alternative to latex since it offers an excellent flexibility, a secure fit and unequalled toughness and comfort. Nitrile is in fact an elastomer synthetized by copolymerizing butadiene with acrylonitrile. This material is quite resistant to domestic products such as ammonia, fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, paints, solvents, oils, greasy substances and hydrocarbons. It also provides a puncture resistance three times higher than standard latex. Nitrile also offers an excellent grip on dry surfaces and an average grip on wet surfaces.

Use for:
This glove is recommended to workers dealing with sheet metal, metal stamping, parts handling, lumber yards and those working on construction sites in general. Please note that this glove offers an excellent chemical protection.

Do not use for:
Please note that nitrile is not resistant at all to flames and when wet, its grip is reduced. This glove offers no sure protection against cuts, wear, tear and puncture so mechanical risks should not be overlooked.

Maintenance and service life:
It is not recommended to wash this glove since it is afterward quite difficult to get all dry.
