The 3M Secure Click Half Facepiece Reusable Respirator with Speaking Diaphragm, HF-800 Series is a dark grey reusable half facepiece offered in three sizes (small, medium and large). It stands out with its speaking diaphragm, which makes communication easier without removing the mask, and its Secure Click connection that locks with an audible click. The mask is sold individually, without cartridges or filters.

This half facepiece is used exclusively with Secure Click D8000 series cartridges and D3000, D7000 and D9000 series filters, for example the D8001 organic vapour cartridge (RD8001), the D3091 P100 filter (RD3091) and the D80926 multi gas and vapour cartridge/filter, P100 (RD80926).

Limitations and safe use

Protection up to 10 times the permissible exposure limit with approved 3M Secure Click cartridges and filters.
Do not use in atmospheres immediately dangerous to life or health (IDLH) or in oxygen-deficient atmospheres.
Do not wear with a beard or facial hair that prevents the seal from contacting the face.
With a half facepiece, appropriate eye protection is required against formaldehyde.

Use within a respiratory protection program that meets CSA Z94.4; read the 3M user instructions before use.

Care of the half facepiece

Clean the mask in a warm solution with water not exceeding 49 °C (120 °F), then store it away from contaminated areas. Inspect the mask before each use.
