Superior manufacturer’s code: MXBE

This glove consists of a micro-suede palmar and top of fingers. A second layer of micro-suede has been added to the thumb crotch to reinforce it, thus making it more comfortable. The back of the hand and the insert between fingers are both made of nylon, but the insert are slightly thinner to offer a better dexterity. Id label to personalize your gloves and prevent loss. Finally, a neoprene padding across knuckles has been added to offer a better protection of workers’ hands from knocks and abrasion. This glove is thus ideal for mechanics, although it is also used by truck drivers, construction workers and workers from other different fields.

Micro-suede properties:
Micro-suede is man-made synthetic fabric which may sometimes be a hundred times finer than human hair. These fibers are tightly woven together to create a dense fabric that has many of the same qualities as real suede without being as hard to maintain. Micro-suede is soft, flexible and just a little less resistant than leather.

Nylon properties:
Nylon is a non-absorbing thermoplastic polymer that is quite extendible and breathable. It blocks well the wind and offers and excellent resistance to abrasion, which is why it’s an ideal material to work with. Please note that one should never work around an open flame when wearing nylon, since this material burns well.

Neoprene properties:
Neoprene is a synthetic rubber which offers a better resistance to hydrocarbons and temperature fluctuations than natural rubber. It has a low thermal-conductivity, thus letting your hands breathe while being able to retain some warmth. Neoprene is not always water-proof, but it does not really absorb liquids. It is also a little less flexible than nylon and really resistant to abrasion, which is why it was chosen to protect hand knuckles which are at higher risk of sustaining injuries related to mechanic work. Please note that neoprene is known, although rare allergen.

Maintenance and life service:
All three fabrics on this glove are non-absorbing textiles, so washing these gloves shouldn’t be necessary. Micro-suede is a stain-resistant material and the other two quite hard to stain even with motor oil. Should the need arise, the manufacturer strongly recommend you dry clean your gloves. Please note that one should never use bleaching agent whatsoever on these gloves because the neoprene part will degrade.
