The PVC dots on the palm side provide effective grip for handling cardboard boxes, parts and slightly slippery materials, while retaining the breathability and comfort of the cotton/polyester knit. They suit many industrial sectors thanks to their superior dexterity and increased resistance. Machine washable and bleachable when needed.
The G222 is valued in the automotive and food industries as well as in construction by carpenters and masons. It is ideal for handling cardboard boxes, parts and slightly slippery surfaces where palm-side grip is required. Approved by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA), it can be used in food processing environments. The PVC dots on one side only preserve the flexibility of the back of the hand.
The cotton/polyester base provides breathability, hypoallergenic comfort and abrasion resistance (see detailed properties in the G211 product sheet). The PVC dots (polyvinyl chloride) applied to the palm side significantly increase grip on dry and slightly wet surfaces, and reinforce abrasion resistance in this primary wear zone. The overall glove remains supple and comfortable for a full day of work.
These gloves can be machine washed in warm water (40 °C / 105 °F) with regular detergent and tumble dried at medium heat. Bleach may be used for tough stains but is not required after every wash. The PVC dots are designed to withstand repeated wash cycles without peeling.
The G222 has PVC dots on the palm side only (one side), offering targeted palm grip. The G223, on the other hand, is covered with PVC dots on both sides, providing reinforced grip on both faces for tasks requiring maximum adherence.
