The total height of 6 inches must be taken into account when calculating the height of the curtain when using a ceiling suspension method. However, if using a pole installation method (AGCG110), 7 inches must be subtracted.

Maintenance and lifespan of a durable industrial roller

AGCG102 rollers require very little maintenance. Periodic visual inspection is recommended to check the condition of the bearing and S-hook.

What height should be allowed for certain installations?

When AGCG102 rollers are used with the AGCG100 track, the combined height of the track + rollers + S-hook is 6 inches if you use a suspended installation. If you are using the floor post (AGCG110), then you need to retract 7 inches from the curtain. This dimension must be subtracted from the total available height to determine the final height of the curtain.

Can these rollers be used with other tracks?

AGCG102 rollers are designed specifically for use with the AGCG100 track and compatible accessories from the AGCG range. Use with other tracks is not recommended.

Is the S-hook included with the rollers?

Yes. Each AGCG102 roller has a built-in steel S-hook, allowing for quick and easy attachment of the curtain or hanging material.

Do these rollers require a lot of maintenance?

No. AGCG102 rollers require very little maintenance. A simple periodic visual inspection is sufficient to ensure proper operation and extend their service life.

Can these rollers work properly with large curtains, which are therefore heavier?

In this case, we recommend installing a super roller (AGCG103) at the beginning to compensate for the inertia of the curtains.
