The Scotchgard anti-fog coating prevents fogging under most conditions, making them especially suitable for humid environments or areas with frequent temperature changes.

This model features ergonomic blue and black temples that provide a secure fit without excessive pressure. The clear polycarbonate lenses are lightweight and durable, compliant with CSA Z94.3 and ANSI Z87.1 safety standards. Sold individually, they are also available in boxes of 20 units for professional use. These glasses are non-returnable once used, in accordance with safety policies.

These unisex, lightweight glasses are made of impact-resistant polycarbonate. The clear lens model is ideal for tasks requiring sharp visual acuity and protection against dust, particles, and projectiles. However, clear lenses do not offer glare protection, as they allow approximately 85% of light to pass through for maximum clarity. The lenses provide 99.9% protection against UVA and UVB rays. The Scotchgard coating is integrated into the lenses for added durability. The glasses can be washed up to 25 times without affecting the coating’s quality.

The temples feature a black and blue pattern and are made of polycarbonate. The temple tips are made of flexible thermoplastic rubber. The nose pads are made of flexible PVC and can be adjusted for better comfort.

• The high-velocity impact test (basic ANSI Z87 standard) is performed using a 6.4 mm (¼ inch) steel ball launched from 46 m (150 feet) at a speed of 164 km/h (102 mph). To pass the test, the lenses must remain in their frame, must not fracture or touch the mannequin’s eye upon deformation, and no parts should detach inside the glasses. This test evaluates the integrity of the glasses during activities that may project small particles, such as grinding, crushing, shredding, machining, etc.
• The high-mass impact test (ANSI Z87+ standard) is performed using a pointed 500 g (1.1 lb) weight dropped from a height of 127 cm (50 inches) directly onto the glasses worn by a mannequin. The same criteria apply to pass the test, except for lens deformation. This test evaluates the integrity of the glasses in case of impact with a heavy object, such as a tool or stationary equipment.
• The U6 mark indicates that the lenses offer maximum UV protection (level 6 out of 6).
