The VP18 waterproof flagperson coat (code V1190360, model 6037) protects road flagpersons both from rain and from the risk of being invisible on job sites and roadsides. Its fluorescent yellow and StarTech reflective bands ensure maximum visibility by day and by night, while its waterproof construction keeps the worker dry. Worn alone, it offers class 2 protection ; paired with the VP19 waterproof pants, it forms a class 3 ensemble. Available from size XS through 4XL.

The VP18 is made from 300 denier Oxford polyester with an inner polyurethane coating. It carries a waterproof rating of 5000 mm (a 5 metre water column) and its seams are heat sealed to prevent any water infiltration. StarTech reflective bands and flagperson visibility
The coat features silver StarTech bands of 50 mm (2 inches) alternated with fluorescent orange bands. This colour combination guarantees high contrast and good recognition of the human silhouette, from both the front and the back, even in low light or rainy conditions.

The VP18 complies with the Transports Quebec standard (December 2014, Volume V - Road Signage, paragraph 4.34.1 / P4.34.1).
