Metguard® metatarsal protectors meet ASTM F2412-11 and ASTM F2413-11 requirements pertaining to impact resistance, e.i. they resist to a minimum of 75 lbs.

These metatarsal protectors have been designed to be worn over steel cap to compliment your footwear. They basically secure the top of your foot from your toes to your ankle.

Metguard® metatarsal protectors are removable and transferable between users and shoes. They’re simply held on place with your shoe laces. In the event the boots have no laces such as rain boots, another model equipped with straps (see item VCMETS) is available for purchase.

Use for:
Metguard® metatarsal protectors deflect and disperse the impact of falling loads. They are the perfect economical solution for visitors, temporary workers, clerical, sales people or when there’s requirement for metatarsal protection. These protectors are recommended for worker in the construction field and shipyards as well as mining, forestry, manufacturing, handling and transportation industries, etc.

Maintenance:
Impacto™ Metguard® metatarsal protectors should be hand-washed with warm water and soap. You can then either wipe them or let them dry at room temperature. Never use solvents on polycarbonate since it may fade, damage or weaken the material against impacts.
