Heavy-duty Metstraps™ webbing straps for footwear without laces to go on Impacto™ Metguard® non-conductive polycarbonate removable metatarsal protector (see item VCMET). Universal size, 4 straps/pack.

CAUTION: The VCMET metatarsal protector is not included with this product.

Metstraps™ webbing straps meet the same ASTM F2412-11 and ASTM F2413-11 requirements as the Metguard™ metatarsal protector concerning shock resistance, that is, they resist to at least 75 lbs.

Metatarsal protectors should normally go over a work boot and are held in place by the boots’ laces. Metstraps™ webbing straps have been designed to be worn over rubber boots in such a fashion that the webbing tightens around the laceless boot and loop around the designated slots of the metatarsal protectors. Only to webbing straps are need per boot; one shall go around the heel and the other shall go under the foot, what a piece of cake. Metatarsal protectors are removable and may be transferred from one worker to another without any trouble.

Use for:

Maintenance:
Metstraps™ webbing straps as well as Metguard® metatarsal protectors should be hand-washed with warm water and soap. You can then either wipe them or let them dry at room temperature. Never use solvents on polycarbonate since it may fade, damage or weaken the material against impacts.
