Yellow waterproof, flame-resistant and high-visibility Pioneer Flame-Gard model 5895 safety bib pant
The Pioneer® Flame-Gard model 5895 safety bib pant, in high-visibility yellow, is the ideal garment for workers who need protection, comfort and visibility. Made of reinforced flame-retardant polyurethane coated on a polyester membrane, it resists water, wind, oil and chemicals. It complies with the CGSB 155.20-2000 type 3 and CSA Z96-22 class 2 level 2 standards, the ASTM D6413-13 flame-resistance test, and ANSI/ISEA 107-20 class 3 type P and R. Worn with the matching VP5894J coat, the set reaches class 3. Available in sizes from extra-small (XS) to quadruple extra-large (4XL). Pioneer® manufacturer code: V3520260, model 5895. Also available in orange (VP5893) and black (VP5895N).

Design of the Flame-Gard bib pant with suspenders and 4 pockets
The bib pant's outer shell is reinforced flame-retardant polyurethane supported by a polyester membrane, meeting the strictest safety standards. It is 100% waterproof, resistant to oil and chemicals. It features flame-resistant StarTech® retroreflective stripes for excellent day and night visibility, sturdy quick-release buckle suspenders and snap buttons at the waist for optimal fit. It has no fly. Its seams are lined and heat-sealed, and it includes four handy storage pockets to keep your tools within reach.
Triple protection: fire, rain and high visibility
This bib pant protects against fire, burns and heat thanks to its flame-retardant materials; it keeps you dry thanks to its waterproof coating that resists rain, snow and liquid splashes; and it ensures optimal visibility thanks to its bright colour and reflective stripes.
CGSB 155.20 / ASTM D6413 flame-resistant and CSA/ANSI high-visibility classification
CGSB 155.20-2000 type 3 and ASTM D6413-13 test: standards assessing the flame resistance of workwear protecting against hydrocarbon flash fires, to reduce the severity of injuries.
CSA Z96-22 class 2 level 2: high-visibility garment for workers near road traffic (max speed 80 km/h, low to moderate risk). Worn with the flame-resistant VP5894J coat, the set reaches class 3.
ANSI/ISEA 107-20 class 3 type P and R: type P covers public safety (police, firefighters, paramedics) and type R covers roadway use (construction, transport, maintenance).
Visibility of fluorescent yellow and silver stripes
Fluorescent yellow (safety lime-green) is highly visible in daylight and in low natural light (dawn, dusk), offering high contrast against the background. Paler than orange, it is slightly more visible at night, though not as visible as the reflective stripes in darkness. The silver retroreflective stripes return light toward its source (flashlight, vehicle headlights, etc.) and provide maximum safety at dawn, dusk and at night, without increasing visibility in full daylight.

Restrictions: to reach class 3 (CSA Z96-22 and ANSI/ISEA 107), wear this bib pant with a high-visibility flame-resistant coat. Store it in a dry place, away from direct sunlight. Replace it if it shows signs of wear, tearing, perforation or burns, or if the reflective stripes lose their effectiveness. Care: hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent, inside out to reduce abrasion. Do not use bleach, fabric softener or a tumble dryer.
