The UltraTech 1034 spill tray collects drips and small spills from containers, parts or equipment set on it. Made of heavy-duty polyethylene, it provides an 18 US gal (68.14 L) spill capacity with outside dimensions of 28.25 X 40.25 X 5 in. The inside dimensions are 24 X 36 X 4.75 in. Its ribbed bottom and nestable design allow several trays to be stored inside one another when not in use. Weighing 8 lb, it remains easy to move from one workstation to another. It is made in the United States and sold individually.
In a vehicle fleet maintenance garage, under an oil container during a transfer, in a mechanical shop while dismantling dripping parts or in the storage room for maintenance products. The tray keeps the floor clean and limits the surface to be cleaned. Select the absorbent and cleanup method according to the liquid collected.
Empty the tray before it approaches its 18 US gal capacity and dispose of the collected liquid according to workplace procedures. Wipe or rinse the ribbed bottom, then inspect the polyethylene for cracks or warping. Nest clean, dry trays for storage. Replace a cracked or punctured tray.

For a mechanic placing this tray under an oil pan to be drained in the shop, plan for 3M SecureFit SF602 glasses (YASF602) and TenActiv composite gloves (GS13TAGPU) coated with polyurethane. The orange Pioneer women's polycotton coverall (V5514F) covers work clothes, black anti-slip adhesive tape (ECT748) marks the edge of the draining area and the 3M earplug dispenser (OA101D) keeps protectors within reach near air tools.
To empty and wipe the tray, oil and hydrocarbon pads (ABHT100) measuring 15 X 18 in and universal (ABUT100) pads for non-corrosive chemicals cover the main shop liquids. Universal socks (ABUB30) surround a larger spill, and recycled cellulose Gran-sorb (ABGCEL) absorbent spreads on the floor. Near a drain, the polyurethane cover (ABUC) protects storm sewers, and the mini universal spill kit (ABUV) in a resealable bag accompanies mobile spill response.
