This winter under-helmet with lining and polycotton mouthpiece is specially designed to protect the head, face and neck against low temperatures. Its long design effectively covers the neck, while the integrated mouthpiece allows comfortable breathing even in freezing weather. Its ergonomic design allows it to be worn under a safety helmet without hindering adjustment. It is ideal for outdoor work environments in winter.

Design:

•  Exterior: Polyester/cotton fabric (polyester/cotton blend), robust and durable.
• Interior: Brushed cotton treated flame resistant, soft, warm and comfortable.
• Integrated mouthpiece: Provides additional protection for the lower face.
•  Long neck: Effectively protects the nape and limits infiltration of cold air.
• Color: Blue.
• Adjustment: Adjustable strap under the chin.

Thanks to its design, it adapts to most morphologies and provides protection against cold, frostbite, irritation, superficial burns and ambient noise.

Flame resistant treatment (FR)

The internal fabric has been treated with a special chemical product allowing to prevent inflammation and to slow down the spread of flames.

“FR – Flame Resistant” means that the treatment:

• fully penetrates the fibers;
• protects against splashes of molten metal;
• offers resistance to heat;
•  remains effective throughout the life of the garment.

⚠️ Note: This under-helmet is not non-combustible, but flame resistant. It protects against superficial burns, but does not replace complete equipment designed for high fire risk environments.
