High-Capacity 24 in Circular Reel for Double Jacket or Rubber Hose
The high-capacity 24 in (61 cm) circular hose reel is designed for heavy-duty double jacket or rubber fire hoses, which are sturdier and heavier than standard hoses. Made of robust 16-gauge steel with a red baked-enamel powder coating finish, it offers increased strength for demanding environments. The welded steel mounting bracket allows a 180° swing and fast unwinding of the hose in case of fire.
This reel accommodates both standard hoses and heavier-duty hoses. The maximum hose length depends on its diameter and thickness, as detailed in the table below.

Dimensions and Installation of the IBD25 Reel
The reel dimensions are 29 in width × 24 in height × 8¾ in depth (74 cm × 61 cm × 22 cm). For installation, the hose must be folded in two then inserted in the centre of the reel ; when the supply valve is above the reel, the coupling must be above the nozzle, otherwise invert their positions.
