Reusable cold or hot pack.

Multipurpose, ideal for including in first aid kits.

Keep in freezer for a cold pack, or boil in a pot of water for a hot pack. As a cold pack, use to reduce pain and swelling (edema) of recent acute injuries. As a hot pack, use to relieve muscular or chronic pain or to warm a body part.

Do not apply directly on skin, nor apply for more than 20 minutes at a time.
