This glove is made of 13-gauge HPPE fibre, so extremely resistant to high-performance polyethylene. The glove has excellent abrasion and cut resistance. It offers ANSI level 2 cut resistance and EN 388 level 3 cut resistance. The EN388 performance level is 4342: an abrasion resistance level of 4/4, a cut resistance level of 3/5, a tear resistance level of 4/4 and a puncture resistance level of 2/4.

Cuff lined with seamless elastic to keep out dust and debris.

This glove is approved for use in food processing plants in Canada.

Peculiarities of:
The glove is comfortable, lightweight and economical, while providing excellent protection against cuts and abrasion. The nitrile foam coating offers excellent grip on both oily and slippery surfaces.

Properties of nitrile foam:
Nitrile foam has properties similar to ordinary nitrile, including chemical resistance and good tactile sensitivity. Its rough, non-slip texture improves grip on smooth objects and offers excellent grip on wet or oily objects. Nitrile foam offers better protection than similar latex foam.

The disadvantages of nitrile foam are, on the one hand, its slight loss of elasticity compared with ordinary nitrile due to additives such as vulcanizing and foaming agents, and, on the other hand, its permeability caused by the presence of micropores. Nitrile foam does not protect against hazardous liquids or fluid contaminants such as biological fluids, infectious agents or pathogens, viruses, etc.

Application:
This glove is recommended for workers in the food, automotive, glazing, HVAC and general maintenance industries, metal stamping and small parts handling.

Restriction: 
Nitrile has low flame resistance.

Maintenance and service life: 
Basic maintenance is recommended to prolong the life of your gloves. Simply wash them in cold water, at 85°F/30°C, with a mild detergent. We recommend rinsing gloves in cold water before drying. You can then tumble dry them on a low setting. Never use bleach on this glove.
