Cotton flannel lined glove with a high-visibility orange rough finish PVC coating, 12 in total length, offering an excellent chemical barrier (oils, acids, caustics, solvents). EN388 3111, large (9) one-size-fits-all.
No returnable if used. For more information about our return policy, please refer to the Orders and Returns.
This cotton flannel lined glove with a total length of 12 in (30 cm) is coated with high-visibility orange PVC and has a rough finish (manufacturer's code BBH 758360FR), available in large (9) one-size-fits-all and sold in pairs. The thick PVC layer makes it an excellent barrier against chemical substances (oils, grease, acids, caustics, solvents, oxidation and ozone), with outstanding tensile strength and abrasion resistance. Its rough finish improves grip when handling parts, while its high-visibility orange colour enhances jobsite safety. Its resistance rating is EN388 3111: abrasion 3/4, cut 1/5, tear 1/4 and puncture 1/4.

This glove offers an excellent barrier against chemical substances such as oils, grease, acids, caustics, solvents, oxidation and ozone. The thick layer of PVC provides outstanding abrasion resistance and tensile strength. Moreover, its rough finish provides a better grip when handling parts.
PVC is a thermoplastic polymer featuring excellent mechanical and chemical properties even when heated. PVC shows considerable resistance to many chemical products, but is susceptible to some organic solvents. However, its higher polar nature gives it inferior electrical insulating properties.
This glove is recommended for chemical handling, construction work, agriculture, general maintenance, handling of oils, acids and caustics, as well as the petrochemical industry and oil refining.
PVC has poor resistance to UV light and, at low temperatures, tends to harden and crack. It also has poor resistance to organic solvents and hot water, and is not recommended for use above 79 °C (175 °F).
Washing this glove is not recommended, since it is afterward quite difficult to dry it completely.
It offers an excellent chemical barrier against oils, grease, acids, caustics, solvents, oxidation and ozone.
Its EN388 rating is 3111: abrasion 3/4, cut 1/5, tear 1/4, puncture 1/4.
The high-visibility orange PVC improves hand visibility on the jobsite, an added safety benefit.
It has a total length of 12 in (30 cm) and is available in large (9) one-size-fits-all, sold in pairs.
PVC is sensitive to UV, hardens and cracks at low temperatures, and resists poorly to organic solvents and hot water above 79 °C (175 °F). Washing is not recommended.
