The Innoplast bollard cover dresses up and protects an existing steel bollard against forklift impacts, scratches and corrosion, while improving its visibility with reflective tape. Moulded from UV-stabilized high-density polyethylene (HDPE) with a 1/8 in wall thickness, it slides over the bollard and locks in place with patented GripperTabs™, without tools or extra hardware. Offered in two diameters (4-1/2 in and 6-5/8 in) to fit the most common bollards, in yellow with red tape or red with white tape.

This bollard cover fits directly over KI293 (EBKI293-36) or Vestil (EBBOL24-5.5) steel bollards, or any other steel bollard of a compatible diameter.

Installed on warehouse, loading dock or indoor parking bollards, the cover avoids having to scrape and repaint a damaged steel bollard every spring, while clearly signalling the obstacle to forklift operators and pedestrians.

Care of the Innoplast bollard cover

Clean with soapy water and a soft cloth; avoid harsh solvents that can dull the HDPE finish. Replace the cover if the GripperTabs™ are damaged or an impact cracks the wall.

FAQ: the Innoplast bollard cover

Does the cover replace the steel bollard?

No. It fits over an already installed steel bollard to protect it and improve its visibility; it is not designed to absorb impact on its own.

How do I choose the right diameter?

Measure the outer diameter of the existing steel bollard and pick the matching 4-1/2 in or 6-5/8 in variant in the table above.

Does installation require tools?

No, the patented GripperTabs™ allow manual installation without tools or hardware.

What is the difference between the 52, 60 and 72 in lengths?

They match the height of the 6-5/8 in diameter bollard to be covered; measure the bollard before ordering.

Can the cover be used outdoors?
