The 3M Secure Click Full Facepiece Reusable Respirator, FF-800 Series protects the respiratory tract, eyes and face with its large coated polycarbonate lens. Offered in three sizes (small, medium and large), it combines a Secure Click connection with an audible click, a speaking diaphragm, a comfort cradle and a 6-strap head harness. The mask is sold individually, without cartridges or filters.
This full facepiece is used exclusively with Secure Click D8000 series cartridges and D3000, D7000 and D9000 series filters, for example the D8006 multi gas and vapour cartridge (RD8006), the D3071 P95 dust and particulate filter (RD3071) and the D80923 organic vapour and acid gas cartridge/filter, P100 (RD80923).

Secure Click compatibility
Compatible cartridges: D8001, D8002, D8003, D8004, D8005, D8006, D8009, D80921, D80923, D80926, D80929. Compatible filters: D3071, D3076HF, D3078, D3091, D3096, D3097, D7N11, D7P71, D9093, D9093C. This facepiece accepts only 3M Secure Click cartridges and filters.
This full facepiece is not compatible with a welding shield.
Limitations and safe use
- Protection up to 10 times the PEL when qualitatively fit tested, or up to 50 times the PEL when quantitatively fit tested, with approved 3M Secure Click cartridges and filters.
- Do not use in atmospheres immediately dangerous to life or health (IDLH) or in oxygen-deficient atmospheres.
- For occupational use only.
- Use within a respiratory protection program that meets CSA Z94.4; read the 3M user instructions before use.
Care of the full facepiece
Inspect the mask, lens and valves before each use, and perform the push-button seal check every time the mask is put on. Follow the attached 3M user instructions for cleaning and storage.
