The ZipWall kit stands out for its professional-grade construction and adaptability. Non-slip foot grips protect flooring, while padded top plates secure sheeting without damaging ceilings. Compatible with various containment fabrics sold separately, the system can be expanded with horizontal anchors for more complex installations. It meets the requirements for asbestos abatement and indoor renovation projects.
To install the ZipWall kit, extend the telescoping poles to the desired height and position them at the edges of the containment area. Attach polyethylene sheeting to the padded top plates, then adjust the foot grips for stability. Apply the adhesive zippers to the sheeting to create entry points. The entire setup takes just minutes and requires no drilling or permanent fixtures.
After use, wipe down the aluminum poles with a damp cloth to remove dust and debris. Inspect the foot grips and padded plates for wear. Store all components in the included carry bag, keeping them in a dry, shaded location. Regular maintenance ensures long-term durability and reliable performance on future projects.
Use the ZipWall kit to isolate messy work areas, small asbestos abatement zones or renovation spaces. Ensure the sheeting is compatible and securely fastened. For repeated use, opt for flame-retardant polyethylene sheeting. Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment when working in contaminated environments.
