Second stage filter for particles 5 µm or bigger. Designed for the filtration pump unit that goes on S5000 series TeleShower (SAH6) for asbestos decontamination.

This filter is the second step of the filtration system which has two filters. The second filter (SAH6PFS) captures particles the size of 5 µm and bigger that get in the water waste of the asbestos decontamination shower. Most particles bigger than 25 µm don’t make it through the first filter (SAH6PF). The dynamic between the first stage filter and the second stage filter greatly contributes to the effectiveness of the decontamination shower.

Please note that once the shower has been activated, both filters will contain asbestos fibers. One must thus handle the filters cautiously when disposing them.
