This TenActiv™ winter cut-resistant glove is designed to keep the hand protected when cold, moisture and cut hazards meet at the same workstation. Its 18-gauge knit maintains good dexterity, while the waterproof, windproof and breathable membrane helps protect against harsh elements. The nitrile foam palm coating improves grip on dry or lightly oiled parts, making it useful for outdoor tasks, handling and work where the hand has to stay warm without losing control.
The Superior product code is S18WTFN. This glove is sold by the pair and is available from small (S) to 3 extra-large (3XL-Tall), according to the variants available on the item page. Please select the required size in the field above before adding it to the cart.
According to the item data, this glove provides ANSI A6 cut resistance, level 3 abrasion resistance and level 4 puncture resistance. The TenActiv™ knit provides 360° cut protection while keeping the hand more mobile than a winter glove that is too bulky.
Superior’s exclusive breathable, waterproof and windproof membrane helps protect the hand against harsh conditions. Its lamination helps prevent layers from slipping, improving fit and comfort during work.
The nitrile foam coating on the palm and fingers improves grip when handling dry or lightly oiled parts. This grip surface helps maintain better control of materials, tools and parts in cold or damp environments without completely sacrificing the dexterity of the 18-gauge knit.
This glove is suited to outdoor work, handling, unheated warehouses, maintenance tasks, job sites, operations where cold or lightly oiled parts are handled and workstations where cut protection has to remain compatible with weather protection.
It fits naturally within the cut-resistant gloves selection when the job requires warmth, grip and A6 protection.
This glove is not a chemical glove and should not be selected for prolonged immersion in liquids. It reduces certain cut, abrasion and puncture risks according to the listed levels, but it cannot completely eliminate the risk of injury. It is not intended for flame, high heat or extreme cut hazards that require a higher level.
To help extend glove life, wash it in cold water, 85°F / 30°C, with a mild detergent. Rinse it in cold water before drying, then dry at low temperature. Never use bleach on this glove.
Inspect the membrane, nitrile coating, seams, palm and fingertips before each reuse. Replace the glove if the coating is cracked, if the membrane appears compromised or if the protection no longer matches the real workstation hazard.
