The Class A rating indicates a single dorsal attachment point, designed for fall arrest. The cross-over style provides excellent arm freedom while maintaining a secure chest fit. The padded sub-pelvic strap ensures comfort and optimal load distribution during a fall.
High-tenacity polyester webbing (6,000 lb resistance) provides exceptional durability. Aluminum alloy and zinc-plated steel buckles ensure lightness and corrosion resistance. The aluminum dorsal D-ring connects to a self-retracting lifeline or lanyard. Integrated RFID technology facilitates inspection management and equipment traceability.
Made to order by 3M with approximately 21 calendar days manufacturing lead time. Order in advance to avoid delays on site.
The webbing of this harness is made of high-tenacity polyester, the industry standard material for fall protection equipment. Polyester offers an excellent strength-to-weight ratio with 6,000 lb webbing strength, good moisture tolerance, and moderate UV resistance. Its flexibility ensures optimal comfort for small-stature workers wearing this harness for long workdays at height. Aluminum alloy buckles reduce overall weight while providing superior corrosion resistance compared to standard steel hardware.
Perform a routine inspection before each use. Look for deterioration, wear, malfunction, or damage. Inspect by a qualified person every 90 or 180 days. Recommended service life: 5 years. Visit the Service tab for inspection services.
Any equipment subjected to a fall or impact must be taken out of service.
Use mild soap and warm water (37°C). No bleach or abrasives. Air dry away from UV. Never store a wet harness.
No, the FPH1403237C is available only in 3X-Small and 2X-Small sizes, designed for very small-stature workers. For standard sizes (S to 2XL), see other ExoFit X300 models at Sylprotec.
The FPH1403237C is a Class A harness: it has a single dorsal ring intended for fall arrest. For comparison, a Class AL harness adds a sternal (frontal) ring for climbing or positioning; this model does not have one. For climbing applications requiring a frontal anchor, see the Class AL ExoFit X300 models available at Sylprotec.
Yes, FPH1403237C is compatible with all CSA-compliant DBI-SALA SRLs via the dorsal D-ring. See the Nano-Lok and Smart Lock range at Sylprotec for a complete fall protection system.
To complete your fall protection system, add a leading-edge SRL retractable (FPLR75105-6LE) or an energy-absorbing lanyard (FPL1340180C) as your fall arrest connection. Protect the head with a Peak T2 helmet with integrated chin strap (TA222), the eyes with safety glasses (YASF401BG) and hearing with earplugs (OA101). For the job, add suitable gloves cut-resistant A9 (GS21TXUFN) and a flame-resistant garment women flame-resistant (V7702F).
Under “Accessories” at the bottom of the page. For safe storage and transport of your equipment at height, a Peakworks bag (FPBAG) keeps your gear clean and inspection-ready.
