Airflow indicator for TR-600 Versaflo powered air purifying respirator. Sold individually. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.
In theory, one should be using its RVTR971 airflow indicator before each use to determine in which condition the HEPA filter is. However, the motor/blower is equipped with an alarm system which let you know whenever the saturation limit of the filter is met. If the charcoal part of the combined cartridges is saturated, one must replace the whole cartridge. Please note that only the HEPA part of the combined cartridges is kept under scrutiny by the motor/blower.
We recommend you read the PDF file which displays the explanation for all the different markings on the airflow indicator. The markings will indeed depend on the air temperature and the local altitude of the work environment.
