Its strongly woven diamond-quilted polyester holds 3.5 oz (120 GSM) insulation that keeps the upper body warm, and its design helps protect it from deterioration caused by moisture. High-visibility orange and StarTech® tape keep the order picker clearly visible in aisles where forklifts and pallet jacks travel.

Insulation and comfort in the freezer
The diamond quilting holds the 3.5 oz (120 GSM) insulation in place and spreads warmth over the whole jacket. The rib knit gusseted action back breathes and eases movement during handling. The black micro fleece comfort collar insulates the neck, and the quilted sleeves end in black cuffs. The jacket has no hood: protect the head with a toque or a balaclava.
Storage and soiling
The two front slash pockets hold the hands between tasks, and the inside chest phone pocket keeps the device out of the cold. The bottom of the jacket and the cuffs are black to conceal soiling from handling.
High-visibility compliance and StarTech® tape
The jacket complies with CSA Z96-15 class 2 level 2 and ANSI/ISEA 107-2020 class 3 type P and R. Its silver and yellow double-stitched StarTech® retroreflective tape forms two vertical stripes on the front, an X on the back and a horizontal stripe at the waist.
About the fluorescent orange high-visibility classification
Fluorescent orange is highly visible in daylight and under strong artificial light. In most situations, it also offers high contrast with the background. However, it is less visible at night and in low light, for example at dawn or dusk.
Silver retroreflective stripes are highly visible in low natural or artificial light, because they return light toward its source (flashlight, car headlights, etc.). They therefore offer maximum safety at dawn, at dusk and at night, but do not increase visibility in broad daylight.
Applications of the cold room jacket

Jacket use restrictions
This jacket is not presented as waterproof and is not flame-resistant; the documentation consulted gives no minimum use temperature: limit time spent in the cold according to your workplace rules.
Jacket care and service life
Before washing, empty the pockets and close the zipper. Machine wash the jacket on the delicate cycle in cold or lukewarm water with a mild detergent, without bleaching agents, chlorine bleach or fabric softener. Air dry it away from sunlight; do not put it in the dryer and do not iron it. Replace it when the insulation has flattened, the orange has faded or the retroreflective tape is worn or peeling.
