Thermostatic mixing valve made of brass, allowing a flow of 7 US gallons/minute (GPM) at 30 pounds per square inch (PSI), corresponding to 26.5 liters/minute at 7 bars.

Certified ANSI Z358.1-2009, UPC, CPPC and CSA.

This thermostatic mixing valve is an essential device for controlling water temperature. It is sufficient for up to 3 eye wash stations or one eye/face wash station. Easy to install and to service.

  • The water outlet temperature is preset at 29°C (85°F).
  • The water outlet temperature may be adjusted from 18°C to 32°C (65°F to 90°F), with a precision of 1.7°C (3°F).
  • The recommended temperature range for the hot water inlet is 49°C to 60°C (120°F to140°F).
  • The maximum allowed temperature for the hot water inlet is 82°C (180°F).
  • The hot water inlet must always be at least 11°C (20°F) warmer than the outlet temperature of the valve.
  • The recommended temperature range for the cold water inlet is 0.6°C to 26.7°C (33°F to 80°F).

This valve includes a liquid thermostat and has a single valve design. The valve will automatically block the hot water supply if the cold water supply is lost. A built-in cold water bypass system ensures cold water flow.

The thermostatic mixing valve is equipped with a dial thermometer with Celsius and Fahrenheit scales. The valve has a roughened brass finish, resistant to dirt and scale.
