Steel anti rollout D-shaped anchorage made for the anchorage of fall protection equipment. The major concern of using this device is to reduce rollout possibilities. Bolt not included.

This product can resist hostile environments with rough temperatures from -40°F to 130°F (-40°C to 54˚C).

This product meets the CSA Z259.15 and ANSI Z359.18 standards and OSHA requirements. This type of carabiner can support a force of 5000 lb (22 kN). For use by one person only. Maximum capacity 310 lbs. (140.6 Kg), including clothing ans tools.

Inspection:

The worker is responsible for visually inspecting his equipment before each use. During this routine inspection, the worker must note any signs of degradation, malfunction, or breakage. The carabiner will have to be replaced if any such signs are detected.

On top of this routine inspection, the anchor must be inspected by a qualified person different than the worker. The frequency of these inspections varies according to the manufacturer. Some manufacturers require an inspection every 90 days, others every 180 days, or even yearly. These inspections should be performed more often if your equipment is used in extreme environmental working conditions.
