Application Tools and Product Application:
Apply Fiberlock Fiberset PM using a sprayer (airless sprayer) with a pressure of 1700 - 3000 P.S.I., with an orifice of 0.015- 0.021.
Stir Fiberset PM carefully to get a uniform consistency without adding water because it is ready to use. Apply at a minimum temperature of 45°F / 7°C. Then, to use the undiluted product as an encapsulant, apply one coat to all surfaces after asbestos removal. For airborne asbestos fibers, stand in the center of the room and hold the spray bottle closest to the ceiling. A mist should be present in all directions.
Product coverage is not less than 500 sq ft per gallon on smooth surface and 350-500 sq ft per gallon on porous surface. Drying time to touch or to cover is approximately 1-2 hours with a temperature of 21℃ (70℉) and 50% humidity.
