Fiberlock Fiberset PM is a pre-mixed sealer to be applied to surfaces after asbestos fiber removal work has been performed. Clear (7475) finish is available while white (7470) or blue (7480) finish is available by order only. Sold in 20L/5 US gal. containers.

Fiberlock Fiberset PM is a 100% acrylic resin and water based, solvent free, ready to use coating. It creates a flexible barrier over residual asbestos fibers to ensure clean air.
Fiberlock Fiberset PM is Class A fire rated, is UL®ASTM E-119 listed as a primer for fire retardant replacement materials in the "Encapsulating Materials" section of the UL directory and is compatible with all major brands of flooring adhesives.
Application Tools and Product Application:
Apply Fiberlock Fiberset PM using a sprayer (airless sprayer) with a pressure of 1700 - 3000 P.S.I., with an orifice of 0.015- 0.021.
Stir Fiberset PM carefully to get a uniform consistency without adding water because it is ready to use. Apply at a minimum temperature of 45°F / 7°C. Then, to use the undiluted product as an encapsulant, apply one coat to all surfaces after asbestos removal. For airborne asbestos fibers, stand in the center of the room and hold the spray bottle closest to the ceiling. A mist should be present in all directions.
Product coverage is not less than 500 sq ft per gallon on smooth surface and 350-500 sq ft per gallon on porous surface. Drying time to touch or to cover is approximately 1-2 hours with a temperature of 21℃ (70℉) and 50% humidity.

PRECAUTIONS Store in a dry place at temperatures between 4.5°C (40°F) and 32°C (90°F). Approved respirators should be used to prevent inhalation of asbestos fibers that may be present in the air. Protective clothing should be worn. All applicable EPA, OSHA, federal, state and local regulations should be considered before applying this product.
Maintenance and service life:
Tools and drips must be cleaned with hot soapy water before the coating dries. Follow equipment manufacturer's instructions for cleaning spray equipment. Dispose of all waste in accordance with local, state and federal regulations.
