The 3M brand V-300 high-pressure air regulating valve assembly allows the worker to adjust the airflow to the most comfortable level, improving comfort and productivity. It is a regulator only, and does not heat or cool the air delivered to the worker.  The valve is lightweight and easy to wear, minimizing fatigue during long periods of use.

Airflow swings can cause fogging, overheating, or breathing fatigue. The V300 lets the operator adjust pressure in seconds, stabilizing the air stream and improving vigilance in confined or contaminated zones. The integrated belt relieves hose pull and keeps the control knob within reach.

NIOSH-approved for type C and CE supplied-air systems, the V300 mounts on the 3M R256-02-01 filtration panel or any compliant high-pressure network. To use the 3M™ Versaflo™ V-300/37019 Air Valve Regulator Set, follow these simple steps:

1. Installation : Fasten the abdominal belt around your waist and make sure it fits snugly. Connect the valve to your air supply system (e.g. compressed air hose or ventilation system).
2. Adjusting airflow : Turn the valve adjustment knob to increase or reduce air flow. Find the level that best suits your comfort and work requirements.
3. Check: Make sure that air is circulating correctly through the valve. Also check that the lap belt is securely fastened and does not slip during use.

Restriction:

Replace worn or damaged parts.

Required supply pressure by hose length:

• 25 to 100 ft (7.6 to 30.5 m): 30 to 35 psig (2.1 to 2.5 kg/cm²)
• 125 to 200 ft (38.1 to 61.0 m): 33 to 50 psig (2.3 to 3.5 kg/cm²)
• 225 to 300 ft (68.6 to 91.4 m): 38 to 63 psig (2.7 to 4.4 kg/cm²)
