The Peakworks Peakpro is a class A and L fall arrest harness, designed for both fall arrest and ladder climbing. Its steel dorsal D-ring (class A) provides fall arrest, while its sternal front D-ring (class L) lets you connect to a vertical fall arrest system for climbing up and down fixed ladders. With 5 adjustment points (2 at the legs, 2 at the torso and 1 at the chest) and a sub-pelvic support strap, it offers a secure and comfortable fit. Available in universal size.
Its straps are made of high-visibility polyester in distinct colours, making the harness quick and easy to put on correctly. Padding at the shoulders, back and legs reduces fatigue during prolonged wear, and the quick-connect buckles at the chest and thighs allow fast donning and doffing, even with gloves. The metal hardware is made of unpainted steel.
Designed to combine ladder climbing and fall arrest, the Peakpro focuses on comfort, high visibility and fast donning.
The class L front D-ring lets you connect to a rope grab on a vertical lifeline to climb fixed ladders safely.
Full padding and trauma straps relieve pressure on the thighs in case of prolonged suspension while awaiting rescue.
Inspection and maintenance of the harness are the worker's responsibility. Before each use, visually inspect the webbing, stitching, buckles and D-rings for any cuts, wear, burns or corrosion. The harness must also be thoroughly inspected by a competent person according to the frequency set by your fall protection program. Any harness that has been subjected to a fall must be immediately removed from service and destroyed. The maximum recommended service life is 5 years from first use, depending on use and storage conditions.
To clean it, use mild soap and lukewarm water (maximum 37 °C / 98 °F), rinse and let it air dry away from direct heat and UV rays. Sylprotec offers an inspection service for your fall protection equipment.
