 The white M/L hood from 3M Series S is a disposable facepiece designed for sensitive environments where air quality and hygiene are critical. It integrates with Versaflo TR-300 powered air purifying respiratory systems, offering an effective barrier against airborne particles. Its enveloping design protects the head and neck while leaving the face visible thanks to the integrated face shield on the helmet.

This code corresponds to the MEDUIM/LARGE size; the medium/large model is available in the dropdown menu at the bottom of the page. Note that the medium/large size of the Series S is, according to 3M, the standard size that meets most facepiece needs. Sold by the case. 5 units per case.

This hood offers a protection factor of up to 1000 times the exposure limit permitted by CNESST or any other applicable government regulation.

It is a disposable hood with integrated suspension, preassembled and ready to use. The textile part is made of laminated polypropylene, a material highly resistant to abrasion and very lightweight. Series S visors offer excellent visibility thanks to a low curvature that reduces glare and reflections. Additionally, they provide excellent airflow distribution, significantly reducing whistling for increased comfort and noise reduction.

This hood features the new 3M exhalation grid, which ventilates the hood without the traditional air release port or exhalation valve.
