This handy kit includes replacements for items commonly needed to inspect and maintain the Bradley S19-921 on-site gravity-fed portable eyewash station. This eyewash station is sold as item (PD19921).

Contents:
- 1 inspection tag (part number 204-421);
- 2 hook-and-loop fastener sets (part number 269-1781), to affix inspection tag on eyewash;
- 1 threaded cap with hole (part number 136-036);
- 9 foam liners (part number 269-1379);
- 1 trilingual (English, French, Spanish) instructions sheet for filling the eyewash tank.
