This compact and lightweight fire hose is made of Polyflex, a polyester-based synthetic fiber bonded with polyurethane. The hose jacket is woven. The hose is resistant to mold, most chemicals, petroleum-based products, UV exposure and ozone.
This fire hose is designed for occasional emergency use only.
The thin single jacket snags and punctures easily on rough surfaces such as pavement, concrete, gravel, etc. Do not use this hose outdoors or for general building maintenance. Not suitable for heavy-duty uses such as washing garages, vehicles, driveways, etc.
