The cable is made of stainless steel, a corrosion-resistant alloy requiring no zinc. Stainless steel is preferred in marine, offshore, saltwater, food processing, pharmaceutical environments.

Fall arrest anchor point: positioning and angle

The anchor must always be above the dorsal D-ring. Max 30-degree angle. Consult the manufacturer's manual for specific stopping distances.

Sealed-Blok FAST-Line self-retracting lifeline inspection

Perform a routine inspection before each use. A qualified person must inspect every 90 or 180 days. Recommended service life: 5 years. Sylprotec inspection service available.

Any equipment subjected to a fall or impact must be taken out of service.
