Safe installation and use of the heater

Plug the heater directly into a 120 V polarized wall outlet, on a 15 amp or larger circuit dedicated to the unit; never use an extension cord, power strip or timer. Set it on a stable surface, never on a bed or soft surface that could block the openings. Keep furniture, papers, clothes and curtains at least 3 ft (0.9 m) from the front and top, and keep the sides and rear clear. The manual restricts this unit to household use, indoors, away from water, gasoline, paint and flammable liquids. It is a supplementary heat source, not a main source of heat. Unplug it when not in use and supervise it around children and pets.

Heater care and storage

Turn the unit off and unplug it before any cleaning.
