These Master Lock “DANGER” labels show who is responsible for a padlock: the worker's photo is sealed under a laminate and the name goes on the “Name:” line. The manufacturer designed them for its Zenex thermoplastic padlocks 410, 406, S31 and S33. Self-adhesive and small, they are prepared on site, with no outside printing service. The printed text stays in English, whichever language the website is displayed in.

Print the worker's photo, trim it to no more than 3/4 X 3/4 in (19 X 19 mm), place it on the label, then seal it under the laminate. Write the name on the “Name:” line and stick the label on the padlock. Photos and name writing are your responsibility.
S142 labels serve teams that want to see at a glance who owns a padlock: plant electricians and mechanics, maintenance crews, visiting contractors during a production shutdown. The safety coordinator can prepare a label for each worker who receives a personal padlock. The label identifies the padlock's holder; it fits into the facility's lockout program without replacing it.
Stick the label on a clean, dry padlock. During inspections, check that the photo and name remain legible. Replace a label that has come loose or is damaged, and prepare a new one when the padlock changes holder.
No. Simply print the photo, trim it to size, then seal it under the label's laminate.
