Ensure a safe exit from upper floors. This 25-foot emergency escape ladder is specifically designed for three-story buildings. It provides a fast, reliable, and safe evacuation solution when standard exits are inaccessible, providing peace of mind for residents and workers alike.

The ladder is constructed with fire-resistant red nylon strap rails, designed to prevent tangling. The rungs are 30 cm (1 foot) wide and are made of anti-slip zinc-plated steel. The ladder is easily stored in its packaging.

WARNING: This is a single-use ladder. The rungs are held by a special release strap. Once this strap is cut, the ladder must not be refolded and reused. Refer to the instructions manual linked under the Downloads tab for more information.

The ladder can support up to 454 kg (900 lbs).

While it is long enough, it is better to use the 13-foot model (ECHELLE13) for a 2nd story to avoid excess length on the ground, which could affect stability.

Can children use it alone?

Use by children should ideally be done under adult supervision. It is highly recommended to practice the setup process with them (without a full descent) so they know exactly what to do in an emergency.

Is the ladder fire-resistant?

The materials are chosen for their durability, but the ladder is intended for rapid evacuation to escape heat and flames; it is not designed for prolonged direct exposure to a blaze.
