The Peakworks stainless steel pulley is a redirection accessory designed for fall protection and rescue systems. Corrosion-resistant, it redirects a cable or rope and eases hauling, lifting or recovery operations. Its 2.25 in (57.2 mm) diameter and stainless steel construction give it a 5000 lb strength. Peakworks manufacturer codes: V860153, model CP-41210-3. Sold individually.
It complies with the ANSI A10.32, ANSI Z359.1-2007 standards and OSHA 1926.502 and 1910.66 requirements. Its weight is 1.8 lb (0.8 kg).
Rugged and corrosion-resistant, this pulley eases the passage and redirection of a cable or rope in a fall protection or rescue system, even in wet or outdoor environments.
The pulley is part of a system set up by a qualified person: respect the stated strength and never use the pulley beyond its capacity. Before each use, inspect the sheave, axle, side plates and attachment point; look for any sign of wear, corrosion, deformation or breakage. Any equipment subjected to a fall or impact must be removed from service. Sylprotec offers a fall protection equipment inspection service; see the Services tab.
