Each tag covers 1 year of monthly inspections (12 months). The tags are labelled “Do Not Remove” and “Monthly Reinspection Report”. The monthly chart has columns for marking the inspection month, the extinguisher’s condition and the inspector’s initials. It is recommended to use the IPTAB metal tag ties to ensure this tag is secured to the extinguisher.
The top of the tags is reinforced by a double layer of cardstock, for better resistance to regular wear and tear.
